Anna & Alex 💕
I met Anna & Alex when Anna's sister reached out to me to photograph a surprise proposal between the two of them. When I arrived to the shoot, thinking Anna was about to be surprised with a proposal from Alex, Anna whispered in my ear "we're already engaged, i'm going to turn this around and surprise my family!"
It was quite the surprise and I love a good thriller to spice up a family shoot! 😂
A few months later, she reached out to me to shoot her bridal portraits followed by her wedding day!
Anna and Alex's wedding day was nothing short of a dream for me! When they told me they were having their wedding at Airlie Gardens in Wilmington I think my heart actually stopped for 10 seconds straight. What a BEAUTIFUL venue!
If you know me you know I love a good landscape photo and this was the venue of my dreams. The trees and the beautiful flowers that literally never ended were SO amazing.
Their day started at different AirBnb's on the beach, not seeing each other until Anna walked down the aisle, followed by an amazing reception under a giant tent under an even more giant oak tree.
I could go on and on about the staff at Airlie and all of the vendors that came together to make their day perfect. But I'll let you see for yourself with some of these sweet photos. 💕
